1. Terms and definitions

• Bank - "Bank".


• Bank card - a bank card of international payment system MasterCard, Visa;


• International payment system - an international payment system MasterCard, Visa. Determined depending on the User's Bank Card belonging to a certain international payment system;


• Website - "Taxovichkof" website, which is a complex of computer programs and other information contained in the information system, access to which is provided through the "Internet" information and telecommunication network under the domain name - https://Taxovichkof.ru/, and provides an opportunity to place information on potential demand for passenger and luggage transportation services by passenger taxi, as well as the opportunity to get acquainted with information on the offers of Partners providing services in the above area and to search for such offers by the given services;


• Dispatching service - a structural subdivision of "Taxovichkof", communication with which is carried out on a single phone number - +7 (812) 333 - 00 - 00, which performs the function of recording information about the potential demand for passenger and luggage transportation services by passenger taxi, expressed verbally, and the subsequent transfer of such information to the Partners to receive your proposal for the provision of services to transport passengers and luggage by passenger taxi.


• Partners are legal entities and individual entrepreneurs providing services in passenger and luggage transportation by passenger taxi;


• User - a person who uses the "Taxovichkof" Services;


• User Content - content provided by the User to the Right Holder, formalized in the form of text, audio, and/or video materials, information, including comments and feedback related to the Services, requests for technical support and participation in contests and promotions;


• Right Holder - determined in the "Legal Relations" section of the User Agreement posted on the Website;


• Program - a computer program embodied in the mobile application "Taxovichkof", available for use on iOS, Android platforms;


• Taxovichkof Services - a set of results of intellectual activity of the Rights Holder and the Dispatcher Service;


• Third-party suppliers - individuals or legal entities that provide an opportunity to purchase goods and/or services not related to the provision of passenger and luggage transportation services by a passenger taxi;


• Conditions - user agreement for using "Taxovichkof" services;


• Services - services for using "Taxovichkof" Services by an individual;


• Transportation services - passenger and luggage transportation services by passenger taxi.

2. General conditions

User can order transportation services by means of using Taxovichkof Services. The contractor of the deal is the Partner.



Cost of Transportation Services is determined based on tariffs set by the Partner and published on the Site.



Payment for services can be made in one of the following ways:

 

• cash - payment is made immediately after the service is provided at the final destination;


• with a bank card (including using Google Pay and Apple Pay systems) via a bank terminal
  
  immediately after the ride in the vehicle's cabin;


• with a bank card in the Internet on the Website or in the Program;


• personal Taxovichkof account - an advance account from which funds are automatically deducted after the trip. This account can be replenished by online payment with a bank card (including using Google Pay and Apple Pay systems).


• Business account - the payment is made after the trip by debiting from the account of the organization, if at the moment of ordering there are not sufficient funds the service is not provided.

The choice of the method of payment for transportation services remains up to the User.



User is entitled to pay for Transport Services by using their Bank Card if technically possible. In this case, the Right Holder may act as an authorized representative (Agent) of the Partner, to make and ensure the acceptance of payments for Transportation Services.



When making payments for Transport Services through the use of Bank Cards, the User must comply with the established rules and requirements of international payment systems, as well as the banks that issued the User's Bank Cards, which regulate payments with the use of Bank Cards.



Observing the requirements for the possibility to pay for the Transport Services via Bank Cards, the User unconditionally and unreservedly accepts and agrees to these Terms and Conditions and to the User Agreement.
