Rules of the marketing offer "Option "My rules"

1. General provisions
1.1. Offer name: "Option "My rules"
1.2. Offer period: from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 inclusive. At the same time, the Offer Organizer has the right to suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without giving any reasons.
1.3. The Offer area: Moscow and the Moscow Region, Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
1.4. Within the framework of the Offer "Option "My rules" the participant has an opportunity to get a discount on the trip, but no more than 15% of the cost of the trip, determined on the basis of the rates specified on the website: https://taxovichkof.ru/klientam/czenyi.

1.6. The Offer is available to individuals over the age of eighteen years residents in the Russian Federation who have fulfilled the conditions for participation in the Offer described in these Rules. The Offer is not available to individuals who work as employees of a legal entity that has concluded a contract for the provision of chartering services with the team, or who are otherwise related to the team and have the right to use the "Taxovichkof" taxi service in accordance with the concluded chartering contract.

2. Offer terms
2.1. In order to participate in the Offer, the Customer needs to install "Taxovichkof" application for IOS or Android mobile platform (app.taxovichkof.ru) (hereinafter referred to as the Application), regularly receive the Application update.
2.2. The participant of the Offer makes a Request and offers their own travel cost in the Application (the cost of travel offered by the participant of the Offer cannot be lower than 15% of the cost of the rates posted on the website: https://taxovichkof.ru/klientam/czenyi.)
2.3. Further the participant of the Offer waits for confirmation of the proposed travel cost, or the participant of the Offer receives an alternative proposal on the travel cost to their confirmation.
2.4. Participant of the Offer chooses the travel cost confirmed by the driver (carrier) and confirms the Request.
2.5. Request expiration time: 3 minutes.
2.6. Upon the request expiration, a participant of the Offer may extend it with the agreed price, increase the price or cancel the request.
2.7. When participating in the Offer, no other discounts, promocodes or promotions are valid.
2.8. When paying by card through the Application or using ApplePay and AndroidPay, the participant of the Offer should additionally confirm their consent to use this method of payment.

3. Other terms
3.1. These rules of the Offer shall prevail over any information in respect of this Offer.
3.2. The present Offer terms and conditions are published on the website: taxovichkof.ru.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Rules of the Offer at any time with mandatory publication of such changes in the information and telecommunication network "Internet" at the address specified in paragraph 3.2 of these Rules.
