"My rules" Option

The new option "My Rules" allows you to offer your own cost of travel.



Set your price and wait for the confirmation of your order price offer.

How to use "My rules" option:

1. Suggest your trip cost



2. Expect a response from the drivers - they will agree to your price, or offer theirs. When the driver agrees to your price, all you have to do is click on the "OK" button and the order will be processed automatically.



3. Choose the most suitable offer and enjoy your trip with "Taxovickof".

 

When the order expires, you can extend it with the price saved, increase the price or cancel the order.

There are several conditions for "My rules" option:

- Promocodes, other promotions and discounts are not valid when using "My Rules" option.



- Dual payment option is not available when using "My Rules" option.





 

The number of drivers who responded depends on the price you set.

Rules of the marketing campaign "My Rules" Option

1. General principles

1.1. The name of the promotion campaign: "My Rules" Option

1.2. Promotion period: from January 01, 2020 to December 31, 2020 inclusive. The Promotion Organizer has the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time without giving any reasons.

1.3. The campaign will be held in Moscow and the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

1.4. Within "My Rules" Promotion Option the participant is given the opportunity to get a discount on travel, but no more than 15% of the cost of travel, determined on the basis of tariffs specified on the site: https://Taxovichkof.ru/klientam/czenyi.

1.5. Promotion Organizer: LLC "Trans-Missiya", TIN: 7805688897, MSRN: 1167847448801, 192019, Saint Petersburg, Russia, Obvodnogo Kanala emb., 24, lit. D, sec. 35.1, off. 1.

1.6. The Promotion may be participated by individuals who have reached the age of eighteen years, live in the Russian Federation and have fulfilled the conditions for participation in the Promotional Campaign set out in these Rules. Individuals who are employees of a legal entity that has concluded a contract for chartering services with a crew or otherwise related to the crew and who have the right to use taxi service «Taxovichkof» in accordance with the concluded contract of chartering may not participate in the Promotion.



2. Promotion terms and conditions

2.1. To participate in the Promotion, the Client must install the «Taxovichkof» application for the IOS or Android mobile platform (app.Taxovichkof.ru) (hereinafter referred to as the Application), and receive regular updates of the Application.

2.2. The participant of the Promotion makes an Order in the Application and offers its own cost of travel (the cost of travel offered by the Promotion participant may not be lower than 15% of the cost of tariffs posted on the website: https://Taxovichkof.ru/klientam/czenyi.

2.3. Then the participant of the Promotion waits for confirmation of the suggested travel cost, or the participant of the Promotion receives an alternative offer for the cost of travel for approval.

2.4. The Participant of the Promotion chooses the cost of the trip confirmed by the driver (carrier) and confirms the Application form.

2.5. Offer duration: 3 minutes.

2.6. Upon expiration of an offer, a participant of the Promotion may extend it while keeping the agreed price, increase the price or cancel the bid.

2.7. When participating in the Promotion, no other discounts, promotional codes or promotions apply.

2.8. When paying by card through the Application or using ApplePay and AndroidPay, the participant of the Promotion must additionally confirm their consent to use this method of payment.





3. Other conditions

3.1. These rules of the Promotion take priority over any information in relation to the Promotion.

3.2. These rules of the Promotion are published on the website: Taxovichkof.ru.

3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Rules of the Promotion at any time with mandatory publication of such changes on the Internet at the address specified in paragraph 3.2 of these Rules.
